Have you seen adverts for companies that claim to 'invest' in their staff, and for the staff to 'take ownership' of their desks? Well, with this company it's really true. Our client has an exceptional business model and is well known in many specialist verticals in both the private and public sector, not to mention the non-profit space.

They are seeking (in Bristol) experienced recruitment consultants in either Defence, Aerospace, or a related vertical discipline, perhaps defence-related Engineering or even Construction. Their style is fairly autonomous and people are managed according to their own needs, as you know some prefer close support, whilst others like a very free rein. Either is OK here.

On offer is a generous basic salary range from the mid-20s to the early 30s, with car allowances kicking in for more senior consultants. Where you enter on the pay scale is a mixture of your skill-set and your proven ability in the industry.

Our client is seeking to employ well-rounded people who enjoy a good work-life balance and want to work for an ethical company who really is a genuine investor in people (rather than just having the plaque on the door!)

Further benefits include commission on all billing, pension and healthcare schemes, car allowances and a very generous employee share scheme.
